Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

Upon ordering you will be given a tracking number within 7 business days. If you reside in South Africa You may track your order at The Courier Guy, people living outside of South Africa can track their order at DHL with their tracking number. Your order will however not be updated until the courier service or DHL picks up your package. Please allow at least 20 business days from when you receive your tracking number for your order to arrive.

ONCE THE POST OFFICE HAS DELIVERED YOUR ITEMS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR HELD PACKAGES. Shipping is a service you purchase from The Courier Guy or DHL. So any issues encountered must be handled with them. If your package is marked as delivered and you still do not have your package you must contact them.

If you provided the wrong address and the package is being sent back to us, you will have to pay for shipping once again if you want us to re-send your package.

We will only reimburse you for shipping if the mistake was ours.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

To ensure tracking and timely delivery, international orders will ONLY ship via DHL.

We understand that international shipping is expensive so please make sure that your address is correct or you will have to pay for shipping once again for us to re-send your package.  

DELAYS

We apologize in advance for any delays PMACMUZIK may experience. Big tours and holiday seasons will come with some delays. Our staff works as fast as they can to have everyone’s order out as quickly as possible.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns. NO EXCEPTIONS.
